Silver Myn Sauvignon Blanc
Why this is on Broken Compass: Boutinot declare sustainable. Supplier sheet: sustainable.
What to expect
Light yellow in colour with hints of lime green, the nose shows aromas of green melon, kiwi fruit and guava. This character is true to the Banghoek terroir, lots of gooseberry zip, linear, crisp and racy. This is a bright, zesty wine with youthful acidity leading to a multi-layered palate showing distinct mineral and fresh lime flavours on the finish.
