Wine from Bulgaria

Everything we hold from Bulgaria that clears the Broken Compass Standard, which means certified organic, certified biodynamic, certified sustainable, or practising organic alongside sustainable practice. Nothing else gets on the shelf.

Of these, 3 are graded low intervention or stricter and 2 are organically farmed. Each page carries the farming, the yeast, the total sulphur in milligrams per litre, the fining agent and the filtration, or says Not declared where the grower has not told us.
